What are TDIF membership categories?
Charter members will be limited to 5-10 select companies and individuals who will shape TDIF’s membership, agenda, and value to its members, and receive prominent placement on TDIF’s website and at events.
Charter member fee: $5,000 — $10,000
Sponsor member companies represent the array of military-relevant technologies, and will receive placement on TDIF’s website, some placement at events, and limited voting rights.
Sponsor member fee: $2,500
Individual paid members represent the broad array of individuals with interest in the defense innovation ecosystem and will have access to members-only web content and free admission to events.
Individual member fee: $50
What does TDIF membership entail?
Be a part of the ecosystem. Attend events to network with TDIF members and defense industry stakeholders and become part of a broader effort to ensure the US National Security Enterprise innovates at the “speed of relevance.”
Continuous learning. TDIF events will provide updates on developments of interest to defense innovators, including government revenue streams; focused events on relevant technologies such as AI, robotics, or med-tech; and exposure to the unique challenges DoD capability developers are facing.
Connect with potential partners. Gain exposure to potential decision-makers, customers, clients, investors, and partners to help you win business and perform.
Who are TDIF members and partners?
Government and military stakeholders. Leaders from Defense Innovation Unit (DIU), AFWERX, and Army Futures Command (AFC); Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, Marines, and Leaders from the Texas military community.
Technology Innovators will be our pacing item. Companies in Silicon Hills and throughout Texas conducting applied research, development, and engineering in artificial intelligence (AI), virtual/augmented reality (VR/AR), robotics & autonomy, 3D printing & additive manufacturing, unmanned aerial systems (UAS), cybersecurity, human enhancement, advanced networks and communications, and nanomedicine & medical technology.
Defense Industry. Defense industrial base (DIB) companies looking to establish or expand presence in Texas to engage the emerging defense market and connect with technology innovators in Texas.
Research Institutions. University and government research facilities engaged in or looking for defense industry partnerships to access the vast resources and wicked technology problems of the DoD and National Security Enterprise.
Accelerators, Investors, and Value-Adds. Accelerators, incubators, investors, entrepreneurs-in-residence, lawyers, consultants, and other value-add resource and service providers who fuel the Texas innovation ecosystem.
Interested Citizens. Texas patriots who value security, have a genuine interest in solving complex National Security problems, and want to be part of the success of Texas businesses and innovators.
